Introducing Kasper Christensen, whose Danish roots have led him to Sydney Opera House. Just like Jørn Utzon, Kasper has a Nordic sense for nature and local produce which emphasized the synthesis of, in this case, his food creations. Still ready to take on the world, after having held various Executive Chef roles in Sydney and an ongoing role as lecturer at Le Cordon Bleu, Kasper is now heading up the Sydney Opera House creative team bringing powerful flavours of country to your plate.
