Portside's Head Chef, Karl Patrick Thomas, has worked in Michelin-star restaurants and has nearly two decades' experience under his belt. His core belief is that a chef must think like a scientist, organise like an accountant, motivate like a warrior, move like a track star, plate like an artist and cook like a grandma!
Elton Inglis heads up the Sydney Opera House culinary team, bringing exquisite dining experiences to thousands of event-goers each year. He's worked alongside the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver, and was Sydney Tower Dining's Executive Chef from 2015 to 2019.
